Working with video files can be a really difficult job if you don't have the right tools. The Windows operating system features a software for editing videos called Windows Movie Maker. Unfortunately, the software lacks a lot of features that the average user may need. Not to mention the fact that the support for video file types is extremely limited. Fortunately, there is a nice alternative to this and that's the VideoCharge Studio software. The program is able to perform a lot of tasks regarding video files, like adding watermarks, converting videos from a format to another, extracting frames, joining video files together and so on, all in a friendly interface.

The program supports almost any version of the Windows operating system, ranging from XP to Windows 7. It has a straightforward installation process that gets the job done in matter of seconds, requiring only a few clicks for this. The hard disk space occupied by the program's folder is around 20 MB, which is not much considering the program's features. The system requirements are not out of the ordinary and virtually any Windows 7-ready computer system can run VideoCharge Studio without problems.

Speaking about the program's interface, a small welcome window is displayed when running the software, allowing the user to select different tasks regarding videos. These tasks include adding watermarks to videos, extracting frames, splitting or joining more videos together and so on. Each selected option will guide the user through the steps of completing the task, using a step by step wizard. For example, for creating watermarks, adding a video file or more and then writing the text of the watermark are all that's needed to finalize the task.

VideoCharge Studio supports the most used video formats. Besides videos, the software can also handle with image files and create image galleries using various settings. After the project is finalized, it can be saved in one of the many video formats available, even DVD. Besides that, all the program's settings can be backed up as a file, for reusing them later in case the software needs reinstalling.
